Greetings all, 

 

A new update for Lightroom Classic has been released.  The May 14.3.1 update contains an update for this issue. 

If you do not see the update in your Creative Cloud Application, you can refresh it by hitting [Ctrl/Cmd]+[Alt/Opt]+[ R ].

Note: It may take up to 24 hours for your update to be available in your Creative Cloud app.

Updated LR Classic today and I am having the same issue: "Some Masking models failed to download. Please try again later." message for every action I do related with applying any preset (from Adobe or other source), masks, copy and paste, and some random edits. the message is always on. 

I´ve tried to shut down LR and I am not even trying or wasting my time trying to locate any file or anyhting to rename. Given the price of the monthly subscription, the least I expected is for ADOBE to be able to fix this issue quickly with some update.

For us working professionals it's has become a pain. I have four wedding events pending and can't provide the look they paid for because of this.

If I roll back to 14.2 will it affect any other folders I have that have been worked on before this problem occurred?

I had the same problem. I downgraded to version 14.2 and that fixed it. Definitely a bug with the update!

Might I recommend Capture One. Their software has some really nice "styles" and the ability to create your own. Very much like Lightroom. Well, except theirs works.

It appears there Is a issue with version 14.3 of LRC.
I rolled It back to version 14.2 and It was resolved.

- You won't be able to develop or export photos to which you've applied Landscape masks (a new feature in 14.3). 

- You won't be able to access photos from cameras and lenses newly added in 14.3.

- You won't have access to the bug fixes in 14.3.

 

But it seems that for most people affected by this bug, rolling back to 14.2 is the much better option.

Hola. Desde que instalé la última versión de MacOS, Sequoia 15.4.1, en lightroom me sale un aviso cada vez que intento pegar los parámetros marcados en otra foto:

 

"No se han podido descargar algunos modelos de Máscara. Inténtelo de nuevo más tarde."

 

Un error parecido parece ser que se solucionaba actualizando Cámara RAW. Lo he hecho y sigo teniendo el mismo problema. Necesito ayuda, por favor. Muchas gracias.

I uploaded to many photos since the last update. I am not sure anyway how to go back to the 14.2 version. Never done it.
