P: Gen Remove now changes elements outside the painted mask

The update to the Generative Remove AI model in Lightroom Classic 14.5 has ruined it, as it now changes elements outside the painted mask, making it more or less unusable in many situations.

Lightroom on iPad was updated two days ago, but the Remove Generative AI tool has only gotten worse. I can’t process anything at all, neither on the laptop version nor on the iPad. My entire work relies on this tool, and now everything has come to a standstill! Please update and fix the Remove ai as soon as possible!!

Are there any news from Adobe regarding the subject? I feel like it's getting worse day by day

14.4 works fine.

YESSSS! So happy I'm not alone, I thought I was suddenly losing my mind or had accidentally hit a setting. It was awesome, 90% sucessful, and now it's more like 40% and the littlest things are completely awful.

I reverted to 14.4 and now I'm getting this. None of the three AI options is any good, but at least the woman still has a face. Adobe - put regenerative remove back to the way it was in 14.4 and spend more energy on training. I don't mind including shadows in my selection! You've flown too close to the sun, wax melted, and your feathers fell off.

My example is just trying to remove a lightstand from an image. The lightstand passes over a woman's ear. Her entire face and the man's arm is mangled in all three AI generated options. As an emergency fix, put it back the way it was. I need to get several thousand images edited.

I truly appreciate that Adobe is already looking into this issue. For many of us, it’s a serious challenge because the Remove Tool always behaved perfectly in all versions before 14.5. I can’t revert to 14.4 due to another serious bug, and going back to 14.3.1 would mean losing several other valuable new Lightroom features—so it feels like having to choose between two less than ideal options. I sincerely hope a fix can be prioritized soon so we can regain the previous accuracy of the Remove Tool while keeping all the new functionality, as this would make a huge difference for so many users.

@Thomas Steen Petersen, it's not necessary if someone already has them. I was out for a week, and the link must have expired during that time.
