P: Photoshop Edits Not showing in Lr Classic after edits in Ps

Sent xxxx.dng file with Lr develop edits to Ps as Smart Object. Various edits in Ps then Saved

The Ps xxxx-Edit.tif file does not show any Ps edits in Lr Library module but does if I swich to Develop module

Tried Sync Folder & metadata but no change

Top image is visible in Ps & Lr Develop

Lower image is Lr Library

This problem has only occured since latest Ps & LrClassic updates 

Lr Classic V14.0.1

Cam Raw v17.0

Ps V26.0

Win 11 fully updated

Did this file go to PS multiple times?  LrC>PS>LrC>PS>Lrc?

What happens if you choose 'Library - Previews - Build Standard-size Preview' for this image. Alternatively, what happens if you zoom in to 100% and out again?

The Dng file was created by " Helicon Focus" stack software which uses Adobe DNG Converter.

i used Lr Develop, several adjustments, this was sent to Ps once as a Smart Object.

I worked on the file in Ps I didn't go back to Lr at all for any further adjustment.

I noticed this  error when I was checking Lr 14 after updating.

I removed the file from Lr & Synced the folder. My Ps file preview correctly showed the last status. All good.

Working on the file again several times in Ps, opening from within Ps.

Opening Lr the latest Ps edits have not updated in the Library Preview but they are there when I switch to Develop. I did not adjust the file I only viewed it in Develop.

Zoom to any % and Ps edits are Not visible in Lr Library.  The Ps edits are visible in Lr Develop

I tried the same procedure as above but with Canon.Cr2 Raw file to test if its a file type problem

In Lr Classic - Ps has returned the a File Canon-Edit.tif. stacked with Original. Preview is correct
Opened Ps continued with several edits & saved
Back in Lr Library - Same problem I see the original Preview Not the latest edits from Ps. But In Lr Develop I see the latest edits to the Ps file.

Tried Library - Previews - Build Standard-size Preview - 'All Std Previews are up to date

New observation -
I tried Zoom , in Loupe,  for this file Canon-Edit.tif. All edits have updated & the preview is Now correct

But This doesn't work for the Ps file I created from DNG, in My Original Post.
