AI Subject-mask: LINK to inverted mask to cut addition/subtraction steps in half

I'm getting a TON of use out of AI Subject mask to pop my subject from the background.  My workflow is to (a) add a subject mask -- pop contrast, dehaze, add a touch brightness, then (b) invert the subject mask and decrease clarity, etc.   I have a nice preset for this which I apply to ALL my sports photos to help with bright sunlight.

the PROBLEM:  often the AI detection for subject misses parts...  someone's head/face.  The ball or frisbee in the air.  Obviously the image doesn't look right if "part of the subject" isn't popped.

Today:  to CORRECT THIS .. you have to manually brush *both* the subject mask *AND* the inverted mask.  This is a huge pain!

WISH:  enable the subject mask and its inverted mask to be linked so that an addition/subtraction action affects BOTH masks together.  This could be an option when you create the inversion ("Link this inverted mask so future changes affect both") ... or it could be an option when you perform an addition/subtraction on either of the two masks.

This would save a huge amount of time and make Subject AI mask a lot more useful.

"to CORRECT THIS .. you have to manually brush *both* the subject mask *AND* the inverted mask."

You can eliminate the duplicate brushing: After adding the brush to the first mask, right click the brush component and do Copy. Right-click the mask component (e.g. Subject) in the second mask and do Paste; then right-click that pasted brush and do Convert to Subtract.

See the attached screen recording for an example.

Not as convenient as your suggestion, but at least you eliminate the duplicate and inaccurate re-brushing.
