can't create directory at: /Users/torrikoppenaal/Movies

I made sure permissions were here I keep getting this when I try to import:  

AgPathUtils.getStandardFilePath: can't create directory at: /Users/torrikoppenaal/Movies. Error message = %@

LR Import checks that folder exists and is writeable.  Troubleshooting steps:

 

1. Double-check that LR has Full Disk Access (not Files And Folders) as detailed here:

2. In Finder, go to the folder /Users/torrikoppenaal. Right-click the Movies subfolder and do Get Info. Post a full-resolution screenshot (not a phone pic) of the entire Get Info window here:
