Change the flow of brush after apply it

Hi,

I would like to change the brush flow in the masks after I apply it. Now if I select the brush in a mask and move the flow slider it does not change.

How can I do this?

I don't think you can change the flow after you applied the brush, because the flow is how the brush behaves while you are brushing.
