So, when I try to apply a preset, the preview works, but when I click on it, I got this message, with a downloading bar stuck at 0%
I've tried to reinitialize preferences, but nothing changes (I just lost my presets).
Never had this problem before
I'm using LRC v13.0, on a win10 64bits PC

Restarting Lightroom Classic should start the download again.
Lightroom Classic now downloads and installs in two parts. First, the application installs, and then it installs the various AI models after the first launch. The models, as a group, are large, so it can take some time.
Since you are using Windows, I would recommend installing the 13.0.1 build released earlier today as it has several bug fixes and should kickstart your Model download.

so, by any chance, can we can download the AI files for ourselves ? And if we can, where could we download them from ?

Nope. Nothing happens. Trying out LR and, frankly, losing the will to live. It took a day to get it installed and running after a big mess up with 'hosts' in my Mac Prefs, and now the most interesting sounding feature does nothing whatever and there's no info on how to solve the problem. Adobe is not putting a spring in my step I've got to say

have tried the suggestions in the thread but still none of the presets are available in LRC. i am signed in to my account, have restarted LRoom classic and i still get this error message: "some masking models failed to download. pease try again later." only the B&W presets in the develop basic edit window work. none of the adobe presets will work without that error. it also gives me the same error message when i try to apply presets i have saved. this has been the situation for several months through several updates. currently on LR 13.5 on a mac running sonoma.
i predominantly use LRClassic but in non-classic reg Lightroom the presets all preview and work without the error message.

Having the same problem. LR 13.5.1, Mac 14.6.1. Just spent an hour on a remote session with Adobe and gave up. Any suggestions?

The agent that helped me deleted Lr and kept the personal settings. When it came back up, he inputted the setting so I can still have my previous presets.

You must login with your Adobe account. So you can download it.

Good day! Ladies and Gents. I have found a solution, I have the same problems as all of you you just need to download adobe creative cloud and wait for it to install. once downloaded open the creative cloud app and sign in. once signed in open adobe lightroom or lightroom room classic. there click the preset that needs to download the masking models. When downloaded there will be a green pop up bar in top and that means its done.
