Fichiers RAW SONY non reconnus et impossible d'importer, alors que possible dans un autre logiciel

Bonjour,

 

Je viens d'acheter un SONY RX100M7 neuf. Le modèle est produit depuis plusieurs années mais j'imagine que le mien est récent car il était "en cours de réapprovisionnement" dans tous les magasins. Je fais des photos en .ARW (le RAW de chez SONY). J'ai voulu faire une première importation dans LR Classic (V. 14.2) et ça ne fonctionne pas. Les aperçus ne sont pas possibles et l'importation non plus. Le message est "Les fichiers ne peuvent pas être ouverts dans LR". Je connais d'autres personnes qui ont ce même modèle depuis quelques années et ils n'ont aucun souci. 

Afin de m'assurer que ce n'est pas un souci technique de l'appareil ou de mes cartes SD, j'ai téléchargé un logiciel gratuit, juste pour essayer (je ne sais pas si je peux le citer, c'est Rawtherapee). Et ce logiciel reconnait mes photos.

Selon moi c'est donc un souci de reconnaissance par LR (par PS et Camera RAW aussi).

Est ce que ce problème est connu? Y a-t-il une solution?

 

Je joins des copies d'écran de LR et une de l'autre logiciel, si ça peut aider.

Hi Laurent! I had the same problem and was able to solve it the following way:

It looks like that Adobe focuses on the sonymodelid exif info - I used exiftool to set the old RX100M7 model. 
After setting the info the import is possible 

 

exiftool -sonymodelid=DSC-RX100M7 -overwrite_original *.arw
exiftool -Exif:Model=DSC-RX100M7 -overwrite_original *.arw

Hi Laurent! I had the same problem and was able to solve it the following way:

After setting the info the import is possible 

 

exiftool -sonymodelid=DSC-RX100M7 -overwrite_original *.arw
exiftool -Exif:Model=DSC-RX100M7 -overwrite_original *.arw

    I have long used my RX100 VII with LR without problems. The most efficient way to troubleshoot this is to upload one of the problem .arws to Wetransfer, Dropbox, Google Drive, or similar and post the sharing link here.

     Pour info complémentaire, le fichier que j'arrive à voir dans Rawtherapee est très mauvais, finalement. La qualité d'image est pauvre, et la forme de l'image est incompréhensible. Elle est déformée comme si elle avait été prise avec un objectif fisheye, et qu'on voit également les bords de l'objetcif dans les 4 coins de la photo

    According to the Exiftool utility, it looks like you have a new camera model, the Sony RX100M7A, not the RX100M7:

    [EXIF] Camera Model Name : DSC-RX100M7A

     

    This model is not yet supported by Camera Raw / Lightroom.  You can submit a request for the camera model to be supported here:

    I wouldn't assume that Adobe will automatically learn about the new camera model, so be sure to submit the request. Even Sony's web site lacks useful information. I can find very little about the RX100M7A there, other than a help guide and accessories that support the model:

      J'ai une précision quand même à apporter. Dans l'autre logiciel, je viens d'ouvrir les RAW et ils apparaissent de très très mauvaise qualité. Je ne comprneds pas.

      The RX100M7 is supported in Lightroom Classic 14.2, but it's possible that certain special options are not. Some Sony cameras have the option to combine a number of photos into a single new photo with more megapixels than the sensor has, for example. That type of file is most likely not supported.
