Idea for improved name sequencing when exporting from Lightroom Classic

Currently, Lightroom allows exporting to a specific Custom Name with a sequence number.  This is great, but it would be very useful if the index number could be zero, padded so that the files remain in order if sorted alphabetically.  E.g.,

MyFiles-2.jpg  is going to sit between MyFiles-19.jpg and MyFiles-20.jpg;

whereas, MyFiles-002.jpg will correctly sit between MyFiles-001.jpg and MyFiles-003.jpg

Is that not achievable at presence? For example if the export is in the hundreds set the sequence to start at 001, if it is in the thousands start at 0001 etc.

Sorry guess this is only available at import. I agree it would also be useful at export.

@DdeGannes

You were right the first time.  This is already available in Export

Thanks Bob.  I'd never have thought of using Edit.  Really grateful for that.  R
