lightroom classic nao tem opção para editar fotos

eu comprei a versão de lightroom LR e LRC mas não posso editar as fotos com LRC pode olhar na foto que eu mandei. O lightroom LR parece que funciona. Tambem tenho o codigo de error 198 quando tento baixar o creative cloud.

Click the little arrow (or press F5) to display the Module picker, where you can choose Develop.

You can also press D to go to Develop.
