Lightroom crashing on startup

Is anybody have any solution for this error? I tried older versions and the newest and still crashing on startup. 
Can somebody help?

Also, accomplish a complete anti virus scan

First hunch would be GPU related. Check for a GPU update. If a new one exists, accomplish a clean install

 

If your driver is the latest, consider reinstalling, doing a clean install

 

If NVIDIA, a clean install is coming lr accomplished by selecting Custom, during the install procedure.
