[Locked] Lightroom Classic freezes and hangs randomly since new update

I have returned from holiday, updated all of my apps and wanted to download the photos from my cards when I noticed Lightroom crashed

I looked for possible fixes online and tried some of the more common ones: reinstall Lightroom, reinstall CC, update GPU drivers, restart etc

I tried disabling the GPU and turned off internet but nothing seems to help

Lightroom will freeze seconds after opening. Occasionally, if I leave it long enough, it will unfreeze only to freeze instantly if I click on anything.

My specs are Ryzen 5800, 16GB RAM, RTX 3090

I run Lightroom off a 1TB SSD and have the catalogue on another 1TB SSD

Does anyone have an idea how to fix this?
