Need a lot more details.

Try resetting your Lightroom preferences:
https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-classic/help/setting-preferences-lightroom.html
Also see: https://community.adobe.com/t5/lightroom-classic-discussions/important-steps-for-manually-resetting-...

Quit Lightroom Classic.
MacOS: Press and hold the Shift + Option keys.
Windows: Press and hold the Shift + Alt keys.
While holding down the keys, launch Lightroom Classic.
When asked, select "Yes".

FWIW, easy to roll back a version if you wish.

To go back (revert) to previous versions, use the Adobe Creative Cloud application, next to the product you want to revert, click on... (three little dots) and pick "other versions."

Thanks so much.

But doing downgrade, to another version, the catalog is not compatible, and I'll lost all the process I made.

You can downgrade to LrC 11.3.1 using the 'Other Versions' option in Adobe Creative Cloud app. See below screenshot. This won't affect your edits as the catalog is fully 11.x compatible.

Not so, only roll back one or maybe two dot releases and test.
