LRC not importing

LRC has stopped importing from my EOS 5dIII, i've tried taking off dupes and second files and today it's also stopped importing from the 1dx II and 40d which gives me a massive problem as i will be running lae for my deadline. is there any help with this problem from any source ? running mac os 14.2 sonoma

Please describe in detail what happens when you try. Do you get an error message? If so, what does it say? Also mention version number of Lightroom Classic. And did you notice this advise about updating to MacOS Sonoma 14.2.1 (or better; update to 14.3)?

hi again Johan, i've updated to os 14.4 and Lrc is still not recognising the 5dIII. there is no error message of any kind luckily i'm able to download to another mac then airdrop to my work mac to import to Lrc, time consuming but it works.

MacOS 14.4? That would mean you are using a beta version of MacOS. Lightroom Classic 12.3 is not tested for this and so this is not exactly a good idea to try to solve a problem this way...
