Not able to install Lightroom classic 11.4.1 with creative cloud error 306

Running windows 10 pro (version 21H2, build 19044.1766). Adobe Creative cloud announces update 11.4.1. is available, downloads it but error 306 appears: cannot install. 

Already had an alternative downloadlink of creative cloud, but still the same result: error 306.
