problems with presets

Hi all! I have a problem! I have updated mi lightroom to 13.2 version and when I want to put any preset appear a windows with de following message:

 

"some mask models are being downloaded. Please try again later. Downloading 0%"

 

Can someone tell me what is going on? Do I have to throw away all my presets?

Whats Your Operating System i thinks its a you using windows.
before these i think your using crack version of windows where we you have to block inbound & outbound network setting because of these error occurs.

so go to firewall delete inbound outbound internet block settings & update the lightroom from creative cloud, so you will not get these error.
