Will Not Load on iMac Running Ventura 13.3.1-Apple M1 chip

Question

I recently spent a great amount of time reading through similar threads with the issue that Lightroom Classic CC not loading on mac. I tried uninstalling the program and reinstalling the prgram multiple times, and no sucess. I also removed the current preference file within my user library manually and using the Shift + Option keys, and nothing. I also removed the metrics.json file within the user >library>cache>Lightroom, and have had no luck. This is extremly frustrating, as I was working within this application last night, and cannot access it today. I do pay for a mothly subscription, and therefore have a license to the program. Hello,

I'm reaching out to inform that last weekend I posted within an older post indicating issues with Lightroom Classic failing to load, start etc. All of the fixes available within the thread did not work. I had absolutely no problems less than 24 hours before the issue, as I was working with Lightroom with no issue. At that point, I wasn't using the lastest version 12.3 which holds the new AI noise tool. The very next morning, I went to acccess Lightroom Classic desktop version, and it would not open on my newer iMac (less than 1 year old) using Ventura 13.3.1 OS. I tried every option in regards to resetting my preferences as the previous Lightroom 12.2.1 thread suggested, cleared out the Adobe Lightroom cache file: metrics.json, and uninstalled lightroom and reinstalled it more times than I want to count. Something with the new update corrupted files, because the only way to get my Lightroom running again as it did the day before was to contact customer support directly, and and the fix was to remove ALL Adobe applications and files. Everything was removed from my computer (acrobat reader, photoshop, lightroom, etc). Once every support file was removed (logs, cache, operating files), the Adobe Creative cloud application was installed and then all my other programs. I was then able to open Lightroom up and use it as I had the day before, but the new AI noise reduction tool was now available. Ironic that all the problems happened as soon as my Lightroom version updated. I'm not certain if this is Mac specific (also using the Apple M1 chip), but I do know that there have been others out there with this exact problem. If you are finding yourself with this problem, you may need to uninstall all Adobe applications and manually remove any files within your cache, logs, etc (go through every file on your computer connected to Adobe). I was thankful to have my presets saved in a different location, as I had to go back in and load them into Lightroom due to starting back at the beginning. I sure hope Adobe will have better updates to their programs in the future, as this was frustrating.
