P: Copying to new storage location when not completely synced never completes

hi, anyone with the same problem and got solution? i save my work in LR mobile on Samsung Tab S7. All is Sony A1 raw compressed file. All was perfectly work until the internal storage of my tablet is full then the LR advice me to move to external storage ( micro SDcard ) and i approved it. And then come the problem. The screen show : copying to new storage location. And it already stay like that for 3 nights. And i can't find my original file no where. Please help, it contains 1000+ of my work.

The Max 2021 Photography products updates have been released and include remedies for this topic.  The updates will be rolling out worldwide, October 26 and 27, 2021. If you do not see the updates in your Creative Cloud Desktop app, you can refresh the apps to see if the updates are available in your region.  The keyboard shortcut to refresh is [Cmd/Ctrl] + [Opt/Alt] + [ R ]. 

 

Note: iOS and Android updates may take up to a week to appear in your App Store.

We've a fix for this in an upcoming release.

 

Until then the workaround is to switch back to the original storage location and wait until the cloud sync completes, then switch to the new storage location.
