I've been using lightroom to edit our vacation pictures. The AI remove is super duper great for casual users like me but I noticed that when I export my pictures (multiple pictures in one go), some of the exported (usually one or two out of all pictures), the edited part (specifically AI remove edits spots) are not being processed. I have to review all exported photos just to be sure the pictures are just what I wanted.
I wonder if Im the only one experiencing this.
All original files are iphone pictures in HEIC to be exported to jpg.

Me too, I only realized it after I had already sent the files to my clients. I'm really embarrassed because I delivered photos that were not supposed to be included, messy and bad ones. I've sent a complaint via email, but I haven't received any response yet.

Hallo,

I'm in the same boat as you. I've had a good amount of photos being exported without the edits I've made via the AI removal feature. Still unsure of what's causing it, but it's aggravating. Maybe it has to do with the constant need of having to update the AI settings for certain photos? I'm unsure.

@Astonishing_Galaxy5E33 Thank you for the screenshot. I've configured a Windows machine to export with the same settings, and I am unable to reproduce this issue using 8.3.1. Either AI Selections, Generative Remove areas, or both in tandem appear on the exported JPEGS.
My first guess would be that the video driver is out of date on your machine. You should install the latest Studio driver from your Video Card Manufacturer's website to ensure you are up to date.
If that fails to correct the issue, then you should export a DNG file with the edits intact and post it here for us to review.

I am working with Lightroom CC on a 2023 Macbook M3 Pro, running Sonoma 14.3. My Lightroom is up to date, running Version 8.3.1. I am experiencing a problem where my photos do not export with their healing brush edits.
After I am finished editing my raw photos, I batch export them to JPG. The exported JPG photos show the proper lighting edits, but not the healing brush edits. This bug does not occur to the same picture every time; when I re-export the exact same batch of photos (without changing any settings), random photos will export without their healing brush edits.
Additionally, when I export a photo individually, it exports fine without any error, and has its proper healing brush edits. The problem only occurs when I batch export more than a few photos at a time.
The preview of the photos in gallery view show up with their proper healing brush edits. All pictures are showed as updated and synced. There is also a reddit post posted 14 days ago describing my exact issue.
Please help -- this problem is driving me crazy, and I have tried everything to fix it!
