P: Lightroom mobile 10.5.4 crashes when opening video on Pixel 10 Pro & XL

Hello,

 

Wondering if anyone else encountered this bug: When opening a video from Lr on my phone, it loads for a few seconds, black screens and crashes the app. Pictures are fine, editing pictures is fine, just videos. Any suggestions would be great.

 

I am using a Google Pixel 10 Pro XL.

      Updates for Lightroom Mobile are now available as part of the MAX release, which includes a fix for the reported issue.


      Updates will be available via the Apple App Store(now), Google Play Store (gradually), and Galaxy App Store (now).
      Please note: It may take several days for some users to receive the update notification.

        Mine is exactly the same, it's ridiculous. Have tried everything but having no luck with videos since upgrading to the pixel 10.

         just received update to LR 11.0.0 and I confirm that I can now open videos and edit them on Pixel 10 pro XL without app crashing. Hope others have received this update as well.

        Same. No new update as of now. Still unresolved. Waiting for the update.

        @ashley_0197 what version are you using? 10.5.4 is still on Playstore.

          same issues here, trying to edit a small video on LR mobile (Google Pixel 10 Pro), app keeps crashing. No issues with photo editing. Vv frurstrating to use for a paid app.
