P: (Android 14) Blue or Negative Images

Hi,  

 

Idon't know if you can help me here but I got a strange behavior. I wanted to try out your Android App (Version 9.0.1) created an account and now everytime I load up a picture it shows totally blue. I can edit it and export it then everything is fine. Same if I try to take a screenshot. In the screenshot all fine. I don't know what's happening.

Is it possible that's a feature of the free version? 

Can you help? 😊

    Customers are reporting fixed in the 9.1.1 Update.

          Okay, I sussed it! 

          On Google pixel, first enable developer mode by going to settings>about phone> scroll all the way to the bottom and tap "build number" 7 times. You'll then need to enter your security pin

           

          Then, go back into settings>system and you'll see developer options

          Scroll down and toggle on "disable HW overlays"

           

          Done!!!

            Thanks Adobe. Version 9.1.1 fixes the problem with lightroom. Tested on my Google Pixel 8Pro.

              Currently having the same problem. It is something to do with the Google Pixel 8 pro settings and the Lightroom Settings interfering with one another. I thought it might be the new ai setting on the phone but that doesn't seem to be it so hopefully when Lightroom or the Pixel releses their next update the problem will be solved.

                  Die neue Version (9.1.1) von Lightroom wird aktuell ausgerollt. Sie sollte in den nächsten Tagen in den Updates auftauchen. 

                  Bei mir ist sie noch nicht da.
