See the pinned reply at the top of the page from @Rikk Flohr: Photography where he added the bug number. Also, note that the Status is "Investigating". They are asking for more information.

EDIT: The status has changed from Investigating to Started. Rikk will update this thread.

This did not work for me:

Such a bad customer support

Looks like a bunch of people, including myself, are having the same issue.  1 thing I did find for a temporary fix, is if you rotate the phone horizontally, the picture dooes not turn blue.  Let me know if this works for you.  I'm trying to spread the word

Enable Developer Options on your phone (search Google on how to do this), and select the 'Disable HW Overlay' option (toggle it on).

Fixes the issues immediately. 

How do you tap build number?

This works! Thank you. Tap Build Number 3 times until you are a Developer. Search for Disable Hardware Overlay

Idon't know if you can help me here but I got a strange behavior. I wanted to try out your Android App (Version 9.0.1) created an account and now everytime I load up a picture it shows totally blue. I can edit it and export it then everything is fine. Same if I try to take a screenshot. In the screenshot all fine. I don't know what's happening.

Is it possible that's a feature of the free version?

Seit heute - es wurde ein neues Android-Update eingespielt funktioniert Lightroom Mobile nicht mehr richtig. In der Albenübersicht werden die Farben noch korrekt dargestellt, auch beim Öffnen eines einzelnen Bildes. Wenn es dann aber die Metadaten verarbeitet wurden ist der Himmel z.B. rot. Beim Export ist kein Fehler zu erkennen. Es scheint also ein Darstellungsproblem zu sein. Aber so ist eine weitere Bearbeitung unmöglich! Ich arbeite mit einem Google Pixel 8 pro und fotografiere meist mist UltraHDR und P3.

Hat jemand ähnliche Erfahrungen gemacht?
