All my photos disappeared from Lightroom mobile after switching to the Adobe Lightroom premium plan

Hi! I would like to get your help as soon as possible!

I just upgraded to the Adobe Lightroom premium plan. I already had photos added and edited in the free Lightroom Mobile app (IOS). However after upgrading, all my photos disappeared. Where did they go? Did they get deleted? Can I retrieve them?

Hi! This happened to me as well. I wanted to sync between my Android phone and iPad, subscribed on both devices and as a result everything got wiped from the Android phone. Can you please help?

I am having similar issue. I previously have an android phone with LR mobile free version and have tons of photos under Edited photo. Now i got an iPhone and installed LR mobile and went premium in hopes of getting my photos synced from Android LR mobile over to IOS, instead of syncing to have the photos transferred over, exact opposite happened, everything got wiped! Badly needed help on this because i have to trade in the old device soon. Any help is appreciated.
