Cannot access lightroom/photoshop

I pay for photoshop/lightroom. Upon using lightroom I am logged out. I try to log back in and can't so I try to reset my password. I am not getting the email with the password reset.

I try to find a way to contact adobe support and do not see it.

I pay for this product and should not be having these issues. As well, the inability to contact customer support is really lousy. I cannot find the option.
