Cannot import or download photos after accidentally deleting something

I ran out of storage on my Macbook Air M2 512GB. I was trying to free up space and I deleted a bunch of stuff. I do not know WHAT I deleted, but I assume it is something that is needed for lightroom cc (not classic) to work properly. I use the Lightroom App on Mac, and occasionally Lightroom Mobile on iPhone and iPad. It will not let me upload photos. It shows up with a triange with an exclamation mark and it tells me they are unsupported or damaged if I try to upload them.
