I'm having this issue on regular basis and havent found a solution. When opening a picture from Lr to Ps , Ps tells me that the picture has changed ( opr something along those lines) and asks me if I want to save it. I press yes and this happens (see visual reference attached) Some results are even worse with yellow and purple thik lines accross the whole picture. Could really use some help.
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
