3. Hi, trying to open Lightroom Creative Cloud and each time it closes with following errors (see screenshots). Don't know where to post, tried reinstall Creative Cloud and Lightroom 3 times already and still doesn't help. Any ideas how to tackle this issue? Thanks.

I'm sorry that the issue persists! Is the machine that you're using managed by IT or is it your personal machine?

For error 102, have you checked out this conversation: https://adobe.ly/4mujytv ?

Thanks,
Nikunj

Hi @kasumovsamir

Sorry to hear about the trouble with Lightroom CC. Let’s try to pinpoint what’s going on so we can fix this. Could you share a few more details:

  • Which macOS version are you running (and the build number)?

  • Did Lightroom CC ever work on this MacBook Air before, or is this a fresh install?

  • When did the issue start (after an update, after installing new software, etc.)?

  • Are there any plugins or third-party add-ons installed?

  • Does anything show up in your Mac’s Console app (logs) when Lightroom tries to open (any crash reports)?

In the meantime, you might try some of these steps from Adobe’s troubleshooting guide they often help resolve launch issues: Lightroom Basic Troubleshooting – Fix Most Issues. Let us know how it goes.

Regards,

Srishti

Hi Srishti,

  • Macbook Air M1 2020 8 GB Tahoe 26.0

  • It did work. I subscribed in July and after that installed Lightroom CC (cloud version). But if I'm not mistaken I did not have to install Creative Cloud UI as well, just Lightroom, and launched it directly since.
  • It started after I updated macOS to 26.0 version, but I am not 100% it is related
  • Did not fully understand about plagins/add-ons. If it was about Lightroom (namely plugins seen via creative cloud UI), then no.
  • I took a snapshot of my console with Lightroom errors, hope it helps.

Much appreciated.

Sincerely,

Samir

Hi Samir, we're sorry about the delay in getting back to you!

Since you're on macOS 26 (Tahoe), that might be creating the issue, as it was just released. You can try removing all the Adobe apps using the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool and then reinstalling them to check if that helps. You can check out the steps to use the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool here: https://adobe.ly/46SYxEg

Let us know how it goes!

Thanks,
Nikunj

Hi @nikunj.m

Unfortunately the issue still persists even after using Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool: macOS Lightroom Creative Cloud refuse to sign me in. Lightroom in web interface and Lightroom Mobile all good, though.

Much appreciated.

Regards,

Samir

@nikunj.m

Did all steps and unfortunately no success. 12013 error notification has disappeared, though. But 102 remains, as you can see on screenshot attached.

Thanks,

Samir
