Fixed: Missing Images and Presets after Lightroom Mobile 5.4 update

So, Lightroom automatically updated and I lost everything I had until this morning when I last used it.

I hope theres a way to recover my work back.

I hope someone can help with my problem:
I use the Lightroom mobile app to edit my pictures. suddenly all pictures and my saved presets are gone. the only thing i had done differently yesterday was plugging my iphone into the usb cable of my new car, but that can't be the reason?
How do I get my saved images (with settings) and the presets back?

It seems my mobile Lightroom app updated automatically overnight, and since opening it for the first time I've noticed all my albums, photos, and presets have all been erased. @adobe Please tell me there is another update coming out to fix this or way to restore everything that was in my cloud that has since been erased.

My photos had disappeared after the latest Lightroom update on my IPhone. There are only photos before 2017, which initially shouldn’t suppose to appear in my Lightroom. Can someone please  help me to restore the lost photos?

Same happened to me. I had literally thousands of editions gone and no support whatsoever from Adobe, I'm very sad right now, after seeing their announcement. Guess this is a pretty good strategy for subscribing their plans just to backup data, even if this plan was unintended. My trust in Adobe products has gone way down. And trust me, I know problems can happen, I work on software quality. But this is one of the worth things that could happen in an update of such a product, and it just happened 😞

That's not how software updates work nowadays, specially in web or native apps products, you may have updates daily or weekly and most of them you shouldn't even notice. Unfortunately this one just turned out bad for everyone here, maybe badly planned/executed, or quality assurance just not worked on what seemed to be a minor update according to the changelog.

Hello, I have lost all my Lightroom mobile data from my iPhone. When I opened the app it shows 0 pictures in there And  I had 200+ pictures but nothing is there. It's so frustrating that's I have spend a lot of time clicking pictures and editing them on the mobile. But all of them vanished suddenly. I haven't uninstalled the app. The last time I used the app was 18th August. I don't know where all the data is gone. How can I get those back?

Same thing happened to me. All my presets are gone too. I can't get through to support and I've tried everything.

I just did the mobile update and ALL my presets and photos are gone. 

I'm not sure how to recover. I've logged in and out and in again multiple times.

Please tell me there is a fix!

I use the free version of the Lightroom mobile and for whatever reason all of my presets and photos disappeared. I'm concerned bc I paid for the presets. How do I get it all back? I'm still logged in and was never logged out so I know it's not a matter of the wrong profile.
