Hi there

I have jsut purchased a new IPAD Pro . I have chosen the images that I work on and include them n a catalogue. The Catalogue and photographs show up on my IPAD and in CC on my Mac. I have edited them on the IPAD however when I come to work on them on MAC it does not show the edits that I made on the IPAD. It is the original photo. It seems be by Synching Can anyone help ?

Thank you

Hi,

Can you go to Lightroom on the iPad, and (in the grid view) tap the clound icon in the upper right corner? That should tell you the sync status (i.e., "Synced and Backed Up").

If indeed you are synced and backed up, the next step in the chain would be to go to Lightroom on the web (lightroom.adobe.com) and sign in with your Adobe ID to view the images there. You should be able to verify that the sync is complete and see the changes via the browser.

Finally, check your desktop Lightroom. Again, same as on the iPad, click the cloud icon, and ideally it would say "Synced and Backed Up" as well. Come back and let us know what you find. It would also be good to know what version of Lightroom you are running on your Mac, and what OS you are running on your Mac.

Hi micheal

Thank you for your reply .

My Ipad is synched and backed up , the web version is synced and the photos are the same as they are on the IPAD. My Mac with Lightroom Classic is Synched and backed up. The folder that I want is their with the photos but the photos do not contain the edits that I completed on the IPAD

Light room I am upto date and using 4.3 and using MAcOS Catalina 10.15.7

Thank you for your help
