Lightroom Mobile Premium not working

I purchased the Lightroom Mobile Premium subscription (in-app purchase) but app says my subscription is expired and I don’t have access to creative cloud storage or selective gradients. When I try to renew subscription app says I’m already subscribed.

I have contacted Adobe via live chat and they said it was an iTunes billing issue as they have not received payment for my subscription but they seemed to not know much about the service as they kept offering that I subscribe to the Lightroom $9.99/month plan for desktop. I then contacted Apple and they assured me that it is an issue on the developers end.

I have been dealing with this issue for several weeks with no resolution. It is very frustrating because it worked perfectly the first month of my subscription but after the auto renewal I began to have these issues. Since then I cancelled my subscription and re-subscribed and the issue still exists. Please help

Hello.

 

I have paid for a subscription of different applications such as Lightroom and Photoshop, but after restoring the purchases from the applications on iPad, I cannot link the subscription so I cannot use the tools. I have made different solutions that are indicated in this forum but I can not give a solution.

Hello I just paid Lightroom Mobile Premium on my android phone yesterday, and its not working anymore. I have already tried Restore your Purchase from Accounts and restart my phone but still no effect. It does say after Restore Your Purchase that I have  already become a Lightroom Premium Member but when I go back to lightroom home the premium tools can't still be accessed!

No effect at all...I just realized that my purchase is linked to my other google playstore account so I tried signing in with it, but it wont work since this account was the one attached to the subscription. Still no changes to my problem.

Hi, I've been paying for premium monthly and it says my subscription has expired!!! Can someone please help. I've already checked that I'm signed into the correct email address. This issue keeps happening to me.

The account you used to post on the forums had a Lightroom Mobile subscription that ended earlier this year.  In your older post back in April you mentioned that Restore Purchase did not help, and mentioned "No past purchases" which means no Lightroom subscription seems active. 

 

Can you confirm your iTunes account Subcription settings still shows an active subscription?

I purchased a subscription for lightroom mobile (iPad) and it worked for the first days, after installing fresco it arbitrarily deleted my subsciption (but Apple says it is still active) and restoring the purchase it says that there isn't any purchase.

The subscription was made three days ago and Lightroom stopped working today, I should have it running till 22/09

Hello @Matteo5E13 

With the limited info I can see for your account, I see no purchase history for Lightroom.  Installing Fresco should have no effect or impact on your Lightroom Mobile subscription.  

 

Is it possible you have more that one iTunes account on your device?  I saw your Restore Purchase screen image, and it indicates no Lightroom Purchase history exists for the current iTunes Account.  If you really have just one iTunes account, does it help to force-quit Lightroom, and launch the app again, and try Restore Purchase again?

I only have one iTunes account.

I tried forcequitting and restore purchase, restart the tablet and restoring purchase etc... but nothing seems to work.

Maybe there was a sync error between app store and CC and when I downloaded another CC application it resolved in an interruption of the service?

Android, Sony Xperia 1 III,

 

Subscribed to the monthly premium version of Lightroom. It worked fine for the first 2 days, now it wont let me use said premium features anymore.

 

Restoring the purchase will say "Purchase restored" and leave me in an everlasting loading screen..(I've been waiting for over 40 minutes yesterday on a very fast, reliable connection) I logged out and back into my account, delinked my Google account from my device and logged back in, did every step in the adopt help advicer to restore your purchase and nothing worked. 

 

Hopefully I can get some help here. 🙂

Me and 'Andreas' from the support chat had a pretty long conversation going through what could be the issue, what i can check, things i have to make sure I did it correctly but so far nothing really worked. My Premium subscription is still active, and I was/am barely able to capitalize and use it.

Also two things i have tried is 1. to restore the purchase, where it said 'purchase restored' in a green bar on the bottom screen, ending up however in an endless loading screen. 2. Was to purchase tye subscription a second time. When I clicked on the 4.99€/mth option i got stuck in a white screen
