Lightroom on Desktop not syncing with iPad or iPhone Lightroom app

I have installed Lightroom (NOT LR Classic) on my computer.  I am organizing my photos and created smart albums in Lightroom.

 

On my iPad, the smart albums are not appearing.  I tried clearing cache as well.

 

There is not stuck or paused sync status on either devices. Photos are saved in the Cloud.  All photos exist, but the organizational folders and albums are not syncing at all.  

 

I am new to Lightroom non-classic. Thanks for your help.

Currently, Smart Albums are available only on Lightroom Desktop. You can add your vote here to allow syncing of Smart Albums across Lightroom Mobile & Web: https://community.adobe.com/t5/lightroom-ecosystem-cloud-based-ideas/p-please-add-smart-albums/idi-p/12240055
