All images are displayed and even downloaded in this weird wide aspect ratio. This makes any photo sharing via Lightrood Cloud unusable. Can't send photos to pick for my clients. Please fix this 🙏
Update has not fixed the squashed image problem for me. One of my albums that was particularly affected by this has not changed after updating Lightroom.
A new update for the Adobe Photography products has been released.The August update contains an update regarding this issue.
If you do not see the update in your Creative Cloud Application, you can refresh it by pressing[Ctrl/Cmd]+[Alt/Opt]+[ R ].
Note: It may take up to 24 hours for your update to be available in your Creative Cloud app.

Please note that this fix only adjusts images newly synced to the cloud with 8.5. To fix previous images, you will need to commit a tiny edit to the image and then allow it to resync.
Olá, meu relato é sobre a visualização da grade de fotos na núvem. Quando subimos fotos para a nuvem e disponibilizamos ni link, as fotos verticais estão ficam achatadas horizontalemente, não me lembro ao certo quando me ocorreu, acredito que tenha cerca de 1 mês. OBS: no modo grade de foto, a visualização se adapta para o formato da foto, seja horizontal ou vertical. porém isso não esta funcionando corretamente:

Na página de navegação Nuvem > ir no Menu superior Visualizar > Opção Grade de foto
I've been having a problem where any vertical image gets squished in the preview. Then when opening it up, it starts as squished but then returns to normal. It's a bit annoying to deal with.
Canceled my subscription because of this as it is very unprofessional. I'll wait one more day; otherwise, I'm switching to Luminar. I'm sure if it were a new feature you'd charge us for, it would've been released much faster 🙂
