I have been using lightroom for years. I went to edit a client session and am unable to develop any photos. Nothing has changed, my account is in good order, I pay monthly.
The error message that pops up says "Lightroom will open with reduced functionality. Please go to Help ->'Manage My Account' to purchase a membershipto continue using Lightroom"
There seems to be nothing I can do to get back in. My account payment just came out.
I have projects due today and am frustrated.
