Some export operations had warnings or errors

Community Beginner ,
Oct 24, 2022 Oct 24, 2022

This is the issue I keep having while trying to export my images. I have not been able to find an answer on how one might solve this issue. I came here to ask. Please let me know if you have had this issue and what needs to be done. Thanks!

ABOUT:

Version: Lightroom 6.0

Platform: Windows 11

To reproduce the problem: Export edited images at max resolution.

Expected result: The images export to the desired location on my external drive.

Actual Result: Only about 10 images are saved with the rest of the images not being saved (The image attached is what I am prompted with after "export" is complete)

UPDATE:
Apologies for getting back to this post a year and a half late.
Upon getting in contact with Adobe tech support later the day of my post, it turns out this is a common error simply due to the fact that you have insufficient storage. After clearing some space on my SSD, I was able to save it promptly.

Unfortunately, the error you are notified of does not elude to this type of problem.

I was not able to replicate this.
I attempted
(Windows 10, Lightroom Desktop 6)
48 Files - Export as large JPEG.
Received 48 files.

Can you provide any additional detail or step-by-step information about the process you are using?

My process is uploading NEF files, editing them, and exporting those images at 100% as a JPEG.

Assuming you have space, attempt to export the files to your local disk.

I have occasionally found issues with external drives, especially with a large number of writes, the Windows driver software does not appear to be stable.

Hey there, I was having issues with this same error message, and upon investigation, the folder permissions for the designated destination were insufficient. Maybe some combination of Ventura and the Lightroom updates, but I had to add my current user specifically to read and write permissions onto the folder I was exporting the files to.

I don't know if that helps you in Windows, but this was my fix in MacOS Ventura.

I ha e exact same issue! When I export one by ine its ok and works fine but when I want to export like 500 photos of timelapse it doesnt work. It exports about 30% of selected photos. I am running latest version of lightroom and latest version of macOS. Need to mention that this has been happening for some time now and I was hoping that new update will sort it out but the issue is still there.

Exporting one at a time doesn't work! It worked up until last night! Certainly puzzled!

The same thing is happening to me. I upload NEF files and edit them and want to export them in JPG large. If I only select 20 photos, they get saved. More than 20, and only 20-30% will be saved. This happens since the Lightroom updates, very annoying as I have to save photos separately and so much time is lost when we talk about 200+ photos.

I've tried again to replicate this but still cannot.

Win 10 - Lr 6.4
Groups of
135
178
215
Exported at Full Size JPEG

Recieved 135, 178, 215 in their respective folders.

If this is still happening it must be due to an extra or missing step that you are performing.  We need to know what is different to replicate this and file a bug.  Can anyone help with precise step-by-step instructions?

Hello Rikk, I am experiencing the same issue (see attached). Would you be interested in a video call to walk through what myself and others here are experiencing? Would be very appreciative and could hopefully help all experiencing this issue!

Thank you

You're posting on an old thread related to the cloud version of Lightroom. Your screenshot indicates you're using Classic. You should post your problem in the classic forum instead. https://community.adobe.com/t5/lightroom-classic/ct-p/ct-lightroom-classic?page=1&sort=latest_replie...

The error you are showing usually means that the source files are inaccessible by the way.

So the lesson learned, don't overthink the situation, check for the simple things first, and with this specific error, check and make sure you have enough storage.

I hope this helps.

Thanks for your update. However, i have the same problem abt "Some export operations were not performed" and it has nothing to do with storage space. I got terrabytes free to use but Adobe doesnt export properly. I have read all the forums available and followed so many tips and whatnot over a year now paying for this product without any solution.
