P: Bring back hash marks on mobile histogram

I'm hoping it's a bug not a conscious decision to remove the hashmarks a attempt to show in my screenshot because it decreases the utility of the histogram tool. Please re-enable whatever the case and thanks very much.

    Not only did they remove the marks on purpose, but you'll notice that you now only are able to see the RGB histogram and can no longer see the luminance histogram for color editing. Terrible update.
