P: Motion Blur Tool

Hi I am Surya Kalyan a mobile photography, as I edit my photos I miss something important feel in Lightroom mobile and that is motion blur. As Lr doesn't have motion blur feature I am unnable to make the subject in focus. Most of the photos will not look great with normal blur so I request please add this feature to the app.

I would love to see this feature in mobile version too. As almost all of my photo are people riding bike. This would help a LOT if I can use it.
