P: Can't see brush circle when I go into Select and Mask

I updated Photoshop Beta today. I'm not sure if it's a Beta update issue because it was working fine the whole day until like an hour ago. Suddenly, when I go into Select and Mask, I'm not able to see the brush circle. I only see my mouse. 

The quick selection tool, refine edge brush tool, the brush tool all work when I click the mouse. I just don't see any circle around my mouse. I tried hitting the Caps Lock key, turned Photoshop on and off, turned my computer on and off, resetted all preferences, but the issue still remains. 

Am I the only one having this issue?

Im Auswahl und Maskieren Fenster in der Photoshop Beta wird keine Pinselvorschau sondern nur noch ein normaler Cursor "Pfeil" angezeigt. Feststellltaste ist nicht aktiviert und dieser Fehler kommt auch nur im Auswahl und Maskieren Fenster vor.

I am unable to use the brushes in the select and mask workspace.  When selecting either refine edge or brush tool, the cursor remains the regular black arrow rather tjam the brush shape. As best I can tell, it still performs the brush functions but the cursor shape does not change to the typical round brush shape but remains an arrow.  I am using PS Beta ver 25.0.0 just updated through the Creative Cloud app. I am running Windows 11 on a Dell Ge Desktop. I have restarted the computer as well as reinstalled PS with no change in result.

Brush size cursor not showing in Select and Mask mode. Only showing the white arrow cursor. This applies to three instruments: Quick selection tool, Brush tool and Refine Edge brush tool. Other tools show their cursors.

I've been using PS Beta v24.6 to avoid this issue until now. Suddenly, generative fill stopped working on Photoshop starting from yesterday. I kept getting an error.

So, I see that there is a v25. I update it and generative fill works, but the brush circle issue is still not fixed! 😞 I don't see the brush circle when I go into Select and Mask.

So first launch of 25.0.0 after install so think preferances are OK?

The brush doesnt display properly when modifying the green "area to sample" overlay. I get a mouse pointer instead of the brush circle.

I had gone back to version 24.6, but as of yesterday, the generative fill gives me an error message 400 Bad Request.

That leaves me with version 24.7 or 25 and they still haven't fixed the lack of a brush tool for select and mask. What a shame that they did an update and didn't fix it.    24.6 was fine until a few days ago. How do you have an update and not fix what is clearly an issue?  They know about it and still didn't fix it. After spending an hour and a half on the phone today with Adobe, much of it on hold waiting, I find out that version 25.0 is having issues. Version 24.6 was great.  Why did they mess it up with the 400 Bad Request error? UGH!!!!

25.0 still does not have a brush tool for "select and mask".  The pointer works, but it's not nearly as accurate or as user-friendly. It worked great in 24.6 and hasn't worked since. I don't understand why that issue wasn't fixed with the 25.0 update.

Just updated Photoshop Beta on my Macbook Air M1 and my Mac Mini M2 and the brush tool is functioning correctly again for me finally. Thank you, all good!

I had to click the "check for updates" button in creative cloud desktop app to get the version that works for me. Its not very clear that there is an update as its still listed as version 25.0., but Im not a computer programmer so not sure what naming protocols are.
