Same here, friend. When I hover over the window it says, “Generative Fill is currently not available.” I've read that one has to be at least 18 years old. I am but no idea how Adobe would know my age. Perhaps this is the issue?

Why is the Generative Fill unavailable?
If you find that Generative Fill is greyed out for you, it is possible that you may not have a valid Date of Birth associated with your Adobe ID account. To update your Date of Birth, you can do any of the following:
• Log into Behance with your Adobe ID and enter your Date of Birth.
• Log into your Adobe account and enter your Date of Birth. To learn more, see Error: "Not eligible to use Creative Cloud services".
Once your Date of Birth is up to date, relaunch the Photoshop (beta) app to enable Generative Fill.

Hi. I've updated Photoshop Beta and confirmed I have the correct version, 24.6 m.2181.

I make a selection with my selection tool and the generative fill bar appears, however the button is greyed out.

When I hover over the button I get a message tag stating "Generative fill is currently not available".

My layer is rasterized and unlocked, so I'm not sure why this feature isn't working.

Hello my friends,

I have the same problem. Feel free to reach out to me if you'd like. I also removed the built in macOS firewall to try. I have a student discount account, so I hope that is not the issue.
