Ive been using Beta for ages now.  I didnt, it seems, have the main PS on my computer any more.  Having done a little research and managing to trap a chat person I'm no further on as to why Beta is no longer working but having reinstalled Photoshop CC seems Im able to work again.  However when you install you DO get a message telling you to install PS Beta for the latest AI features ... which of course doesnt work for me

that's a system error message, not an adobe message.

you could try running as administrator and if that fails, create a new user and install for that user.

Thanks .... yes, it happened after a Beta update so I was assuming that something in the update wasnt compatible with my PC .......  the other Beta apps work fine, but it was the PS beta app that updated and then wouldnt open - Thank for the info.  Photoshop itself now works fine now I reinstalled that

I have 16 GB, been fine up until the last Beta update.  Now I cant open it, but as I said above I can open Photoshop.

Your issue is a known bug in Photoshop Beta. Employee Cory Shubert is asking users to post their current Ps beta version that is giving this error.

Go to Help > System Info and post only the first line (not the entire system info) in this Primary thread:

I've acutally checked this with the recent updte to Photoshop Beta 25.10 unde Windows 10 22H2

Just installed the 25.10 beta update, with the hope of no longer seeing the ....142 error, which reported version 25.9. Unfortunately nothing has changed. It should be noted that on a laptop, again with Win 10, version 25.09 already worked.

Nel computer è installata la versione stabile 25.7 che funziona regolarmente. Ho provato ad installare le versioni beta 25.8, 25.9 e 25.10 ma queste all'avvio danno errore e non si aprono ed appare il seguente avviso:

Io nel computer ho installata la versione stabile 25.7 non quella beta. È
quando installo le versioni beta che da queste ho il problema. Nel passato
avevo nel PC installate sia la stabile che la beta e funzionavano entrambi.
Dalla versione beta 24.8 che ho il problema. Non riesco a capire il motivo.
