P: Remove Tool generates strange pattern

I've noticed, when using the Remove Tool, especially in out-of-focus areas, it generates "stripes"/raster patterns. This is particularly noticeable when the is some noise in the image.

I've attached an example.

Running Adobe Photoshop Beta Version: 25.1.0  on macOS 13.5.1, MacBook Pro 16" 2021 with M1 Max, 64 GB Ram.

Hi team,

I'm experiencing a recurring issue with the Remove Tool in Photoshop (Beta). Occasionally, when I use the tool to clean up a small area, it introduces strange and unrelated colors, patterns, or textures instead of removing the selected object or blending the area naturally.

You can see in the attached example (see red-circled area) that I attempted to remove a small object from a plain black dress, but the result was an unnatural bluish patch that looks completely out of place in both color and texture.

This issue happens sporadically, but especially on simple, flat surfaces where you'd expect seamless removal. It seems like the tool is sampling from a wrong or irrelevant area.

Please let me know if this is a known issue or if there’s a workaround. Thanks in advance!
