I am not exactly following what you are saying. Can you give us screen shots along with the text prompts that produced them?
Any other information that might give us a clue about what your issue is would be welcome.

@sai30966047eyxt please share your prompt(s) and any screenshots of what you are seeing as @Trevor.Dennis asked so we can see what might be happening.
It may help if we could see your Photoshop beta System Info. Launch Photoshop beta, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.
Thanks,

I had the same thing happen last night! I tried out the AI option last night to add a blue sky to my photo and instead, it copied a branch from the picture and put that as the sky.

Hi @karar92012033 could you share a screenshot of what the result was? Do you have the latest Ps beta: Adobe Photoshop Version: 25.9.0 20240417.m.2590 45fa5ee arm64

I have to confirm problems with Generative Fill and Expand in version 25.9.
The results are not accurate and consistent and the AI hallucinates a lot.
I use Generative Expand often to spread the background after shooting, mostly walls - white, beige. So far it has worked without problems. In Beta 25.9 the AI puts different objects into the expanded areas.
In version 25.7 Generative Expand works as before, much better than in the new Beta.

I want to apologize.
I did some more tests and so far it seems to be a problem of one plugin for creating High-Res Generative Fill/Expand by segments. It works fine in PS 25.7, but not in PS beta 25.9.
But with other scripts for creating Generative Fill/Expand by segments of maximum 1000x1000px, or when I create manual selections, both Generative Fill and Generative Expand work fine.
I've written to the developers, so I'll wait to see if they reply.

If I find AI hallucinations when manually creating a selection, or when using other actions and scripts, I'll be sure to post.
For example, when using the PiXimperfect Compositing plugin it looks like this.

Generative Fill with plugin in beta 25.9
Generative Expand with plugin in beta 25.9
Generative Expand with plugin in 25.7 or with custom Action for HighRes Gen Fill.

Hmmm... There are some excellent Photoshop channels on YouTube, and then there's Piximperfect. My advice is to think of that plugin as a bad investment, and in future follow channels like The Photoshop Training Channel, Photoshop Cafe and PHLearn.

I already subscribe to these channels on YT, and some others. I rarely watch them for learning, I have been working with PS since version 2 since 1991. Most of the time I watch them for news.
I like this plugin from Picture Insruments, in the release version of Photoshop it worked and still works without problems. And it was not an investment, the HighRes Generative Fill feature is free. 🙂
I work with high resolution photos. I need Generative Fill/Expand to generate a high resolution image as well, I was looking for the simplest way to do it. And this plugin meets it and also has several settings options.
Too bad that Adobe didn't directly create scripts or set of actions for HighRes Generative Fill/Expand in 1000x1000px sections. That would have been the best option.
