Alkaid plugin

Hi everyone, thanks for the help! I live in Argentina and I'm using Photoshop Beta. I want to install the Alkaid plugin, but I can't find it. Does anyone know how to install it? Thanks!

The way it has worked for me with Github, is you pay for the license, and they email you a link.  There's video in the link above, which I'm guessing tells you how to install it.

If I am reading it right, it says the plugin is free.  I found these instructions, so I will test it later this eveing
