Hello, my classes and I are very excited to get started on Photoshop. However, after logging in, some of my students cannot access the web-based version of Photoshop. The icon is not even displayed displayed on their screens. It looks like everything else is there, including the downloadable version, so I am not sure what is going. Thank you in advance for your help!

It is a public school. Their emails are @(name of school district).org.

It looks like they can't access Photoshop (beta) through the creative cloud page or the search bar, but they can get to it through photoshop.adobe.com.

Thanks for your help! I'm excited for my classes to get started!

Photoshop for Web is in beta. I'll move your post from Photoshop to Photoshop (beta). Do all of your students have a paid subscription that includes Photoshop?

Yes, they all have a paid subsription. Thank you for directing me to the faq page, I understand that the photoshop for web is being slowly rolled out. Do you know approximately when it will be up and running? My students use an assortment of devices, I am so excited for them all to finally be able to access the program.
