Hello, my classes and I are very excited to get started on Photoshop. However, after logging in, some of my students cannot access the web-based version of Photoshop. The icon is not even displayed displayed on their screens. It looks like everything else is there, including the downloadable version, so I am not sure what is going. Thank you in advance for your help!

It looks like they can't access Photoshop (beta) through the creative cloud page or the search bar, but they can get to it through photoshop.adobe.com.

Thanks for your help! I'm excited for my classes to get started!

Photoshop for Web is in beta. I'll move your post from Photoshop to Photoshop (beta). Do all of your students have a paid subscription that includes Photoshop?

See this help page: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/photoshop-web-faq.html

Yes, they all have a paid subsription. Thank you for directing me to the faq page, I understand that the photoshop for web is being slowly rolled out. Do you know approximately when it will be up and running? My students use an assortment of devices, I am so excited for them all to finally be able to access the program.

Hi @Debra260735243yyj

Sorry for the trouble your students are seeing. Can you provide a screenshot of what they're seeing?

What happens when they visit photoshop.adobe.com?

Which browser are they working with? Make sure they're using either Chrome or Ms Edge.

Regards,

Pete

I was having my students go to creativecloud.adobe.com/apps.

When some of my students get to this screen below, there is no icon for Photoshop under the tab that says "web." I realize it is there in this picture, but it is missing for about 20% of my students. Everything else is there. We are using Chrome on Windows desktops and chromebooks (the problem didn't seem to be based on the device).

I had them try using the search bar, but it wasn't coming up there either. If it makes a difference, I will try having them use the link you suggested instead.

I also realize this could be because this version of Photoshop is in beta. Do you know when we can expect all students to be able to access the program?
