I'm hoping someone from Adobe can give me a more solid clarification of the commercial usage clause in the additional terms of Generative Fill that I've highlighted in the attached document.
I am a boudoir photographer and I want to know if I use generative fill in processing one of my images and then deliver that image to a client as either a digital image file, in an album, or as a piece of wall art is that considered commercial usage?
@iltcGeo the simple answer is that Generative Fill in Ps beta is NOT to be used for commercial purposes.

Hi @Shawn30120725e0pu this is a public user-to-user forum. If you need specific legal advice you will need to contact Adobe via https://www.adobe.com/legal.html

Not asking for legal advise. It's a valid question. Model consent and everything else given, Will it refuse to do anything with the photo due to the semi-adult to adult nature of it?

Adobe's Support refused to explain the lengthy TACs.

Let's say I'm making a non-profit, no-budget short film that will be entered in a film festival. It's not commercial, but it'll be screened publicly. Can I use Generative Fill in that?
