Hi everyone. We solved the problem. Generative ai was giving network error after waiting for a long time. The solution is ridiculous. I fixed the problem by connecting to another wifi network. I hard reset my own router and create port 80 and 443 income and outcall connection. Then generative ai started working again.
Thank you so much. You save my day. I first try to connect my M3 macbook to mobile network, the speed improve instantly. Then I hard reboot my rounter, Generative Ai back to normal speed. Thank you so much.

Hi @Kaladdune
Thanks for reaching out. Let's try to fix this.
Which version of Photoshop are you using? What type of file format sare you working with? Is it a large RAW file?
Please try reinstalling the application once.
We're here to help, just need some info.
Best,
Ranjisha

Hi there
My generative AI was taking over a minute to generate any image, so I tried improving the prompts to make it more accurate and faster. It worked for 2 attempts but now it's not working at all. I tried rebooting but it's still the same. Kindly assist

That's interesting. I have been wondering what perportion of a Generative Fill operation is up and down loading however much of the image it needs to and from the Adobe servers? It seems to me that it would have to be a lot more of the image than just the selected pixels, because how else is the Ai going to make an 'artificially' intelligent decission on how to fill the gap, or overwrite the selected pixels.
I'd love to do a wee experiment with the same image, selection and prompt, tested in various locations, and different connection speeds. A 1000 pixel square selection takes about ten seconds for me with VDSL 2 in rural New Zealand. (fortunately there is a school just up the road, so we have fiber to the cabinet, plus 1000m of copper).
