Generative fill issue re delete button undo on lasso tool

Seems OK, cant reproduce in Adobe Photoshop Version: 25.0.0 20230906.r.37 b14e317 x64.

Managed to get it to occur once in the latest beta Adobe Photoshop Version: 25.1.0 20230913.m.2327 432629c x64 seems to coincide with losing pressure sensitivity on the wacom pen, if I raise the pen about 6" up in the air so its "out of range" of the tablet  the delete/undo functionality returns, along with the pressure sensetivity.

As per first post reseting preferances makes no differance. As soon as I use gerative fill it stops functioning. Have reset preferances agian and it seems worse this time, deleting the GF layer doesnt cure it.

Launch BETA Photoshop While Pressing The Keyboard Shortcut

With Photoshop closed, press and hold Shift+Ctrl+Alt (Win) / Shift+Command+Option (Mac) on your keyboard and then Launch Photoshop the way you normally would.
