Generative fill not working in version 25.0.0

Hi

I upgraded to version 25.0.0 and for 90% of the time, Generative Fill is not working. It either reports that the service is not available or there is a problem (408).

Also, selecting "Edit in Photoshop 2024" from Lightroom Classic, the requested file is not opened in Phtotshop.

I have re-installed version 24.7 and everything is working fine.
