hand tool is sticking

Hand is sitcking when i'm using, many times I have to press to relaese instead os just realese the mouse click

I have a problem too, mouse sticky when using zoom and path tool

Might have a possible solution if it's related to your graphics card, perhaps. Try unchecking either of these in performance settings and reboot PS.
