I can't find a way to cancel AI trial

I did a trial run of this AI software, but do not want to go onto a Creative Cloud plan to use it.

 

I am happy with my photography plan.

 

I already paid for a year of Adobe Acrobat that I didn't use and was falsely c harged for.

I may be misunderstanding the question.  The Adobe "photography plan" is one of the many Creative Cloud plans.   I assume it is through your photography plan that you tried the Beta with the AI in it.  To end the Beta, use your photography plan in the Crative Cloud app to delete it. 

 

If it is not the Photoshop Beta, what trial are you using?

Hi,

 

Thank you. But I got no joy from Adobe, who won't cancel until I am charged! How do I close this account completely? I have the Photogrpahy plan at another email address.
